Overthinking is a common problem many of us face. We often find ourselves stuck in a loop of endless thoughts, worrying about the past or fearing the future. I used to be caught in this trap too, constantly analyzing every detail of my life. When I was in 10th grade, I wanted to join the Indian Army, but medical reasons prevented that. After that, I aimed for a central government job, but the COVID-19 lockdowns halted those plans. After graduation, I aspired to pursue my post-graduation in top Indian universities, but I didn’t succeed. I also tried YouTube, starting a WordPress website, reselling business, and selling eBooks on KDP, all without much success. However, from 2018 to 2024, God rewarded my passion and determination through writing, where I found a bit of success.

First, it's important to stay present. I realized that most of my worries were about things that hadn’t even happened yet. By focusing on the present moment, I started to feel more in control. Practices like meditation and mindfulness helped me a lot. Even just taking a few deep breaths when I felt overwhelmed made a huge difference.
