Don’t Think Too Much!
Namste 🙏
I have a question for you in the last?👇
Let’s start
Overthinking is a common problem many of us face. We often find ourselves stuck in a loop of endless thoughts, worrying about the past or fearing the future. I used to be caught in this trap too, constantly analyzing every detail of my life. When I was in 10th grade, I wanted to join the Indian Army, but medical reasons prevented that. After that, I aimed for a central government job, but the COVID-19 lockdowns halted those plans. After graduation, I aspired to pursue my post-graduation in top Indian universities, but I didn’t succeed. I also tried YouTube, starting a WordPress website, reselling business, and selling eBooks on KDP, all without much success. However, from 2018 to 2024, God rewarded my passion and determination through writing, where I found a bit of success.
First, it's important to stay present. I realized that most of my worries were about things that hadn’t even happened yet. By focusing on the present moment, I started to feel more in control. Practices like meditation and mindfulness helped me a lot. Even just taking a few deep breaths when I felt overwhelmed made a huge difference.
Another thing that helped was setting boundaries for my thinking time. I gave myself a specific amount of time each day to think about my problems or make decisions. Once that time was up, I shifted my focus to other activities, like reading or playing sports. This way, I wasn’t letting my thoughts take over my entire day.
Lastly, I learned to trust myself and let go of the need to have everything figured out. Life is unpredictable, and that’s okay. By accepting that I can’t control everything, I found a lot of my worries disappeared. Remember, it’s okay to take things one step at a time and trust that things will work out. Don’t think too much – just live in the moment and enjoy the journey.
I hope you like this.
Thank you 😊 🙏
